Structure                   :      R.C.C. frame structure.
    Flooring                     :      Vetrified Tiles  
    Shutter                      :      Rolling shutter made out of iron plates.
    Windows                    :      Aluminum sliding windows with glass panel.
    Common Toilet           :      Vetrified Tiles with glazed wall Tiles 8' height.
                                            Concealed piping fitted with quality C.P. and sanitary 
                                            materials.
    Electrification              :      All wiring shall be concealed with copper wire fitted
                                            with quality switches and switch boards.
    Painting                      :      a) Exterior wall shall be painted with water proof
                                             cement paint and shall be included as per architectural
                                             drawing. However it is as per the requirement of
                                             drawing. 
                                             b) The interior walls of the shop shall be painted with 
                                             distemper over a coat of plaster of Paris.
