SPECIFICATION
 
  • All building is frame structure with column, beam, RCC slab, lintel, chaja etc. with M15 and M20 grade of concrete.

  • All external wall of 10' brick work in (1:6) prop and internal walls of 5" in (1:4) prop.

  • Suitable spaces and sizes shall be provided for cupboards.

  • Flooring in all living room, bed room, toilet s etc. is of vitrified tiles/marbles.

  • Tile flooring in the lobby and stair case area.

  • All door frame shall be of seasoned wood of suitable section.

  • All door shutters are in hard-wood paneled type door or factory made flush door with two coats of paint have been seen through arrangement in door.

  • All windows shall be of aluminum frames and glass panelled.

  • All internal walls will be  with a coat of primer and painted with plastic paint and external walls will be of cement paint.

  • Concealed electrical wiring. 

  • T.V and telephone point in drawing room and master bed room with all electrical switches and accessories from modular range.

  • Black granite kitchen table top with steel sink in kitchen.

  • Coloured glazed tile over counter top up to 3' in height.

  • Off white glazed tile up to 7'0' height in all bathrooms.

  • Indian type w/c in one toilet and European w/c in the other toilets with hot & cold water provisions.

  • Quality sanitary and C.P. fitting( Jaguar (continental)) in bathroom.

  • One nos. of lift is provided.

  • Ever ready water supply through deep tube well.

  • Car parking facilities against cost payment and free of cost for 2 wheeler parking.
