Garage          :  To be  allotted on first come first serve basis 
Cost               :  Rs. 60,000.00 (optional).
Registration  :  As shall be applicable by law at the time of handing over possession.
Holding Tax  :  As shall be assessed by BMC at the time of handing over possession.
Generator     : Rs.30,000.00 which will  provide 5 kilowatt. power to  each flat and to the common                         area for lighting and operation of the lift in the event of power  cut/failure.
Fire fighting system : Rs. 5,000.00 towards purchase and installation of fire extinguishers as per                                      statutory provision. 
Security deposit with welfare Society  : Rs. 10,000.00 towards security deposit with  the owners                                                                  welfare society.
